CCA Scholars Bowl Takes Third

Our high school Scholar’s Bowl team competed in the KSHSAA Class 1A Division II Regional Tournament this past Monday, which CCA was privileged to host.

CCA was represented by Miriam B., Eli B., Ana H., Charlie M., Lorenzo V., and Jaedon W. These great students showed off their knowledge throughout five rounds of round-robin play and finished in a tie for second place. This allowed us to move into the semifinal round where we were narrowly defeated on a third tie-breaker question. We rebounded well and won the third place game on another tie-breaker. What a great accomplishment for our team and our school in our first year of competition!
